What to include in a support message

A few details help us fix things faster. Include:

  • The email address on your Split Circle account
  • Your device type and operating system version (e.g. Android 13, iPhone iOS 16)
  • What you were doing when the issue happened, and any error message you saw
  • For Pro billing questions: your subscription start date or the last 4 digits of your card

When to contact Google or Apple instead

If you were charged through the Play Store or App Store and need a refund, Google and Apple handle that directly. We don't see your payment details and can't issue refunds on their behalf. Go to your Play Store or App Store purchase history and use their support process. We can help if the charge is correct but your Pro features aren't showing up.

What to expect

  • App bugs and account issues: we aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays
  • Feature requests: we read every one, but can't promise a reply to each
  • Business inquiries: 1-3 business days depending on complexity

We're a small team, so we don't have phone support or live chat yet. Email is the fastest way to get a real, helpful answer from someone who actually knows the product.
